Who this is for
Adults with mild dry eye in both eyes. Painful, very red or one-sided eye problems are referred to an eye doctor.
Common symptoms
- Gritty, sandy or burning eyes
- Both eyes affected
- Blurry vision that clears when you blink
- Worse with screens, wind or dry air

- Eye pain or light sensitivity
- Vision loss that doesn't clear
- One very red eye
- Recent eye injury or surgery
- Contact lens wearer with a red eye
