OntarioVirtual Pharmacist

How it works

From "something's off" to a prescription in your hand — without leaving your couch (unless you want to).

Ontario Virtual Pharmacist is an Ontario pharmacist-led service. You don't need a doctor's appointment — a pharmacist can assess and prescribe for 19 minor ailments, directly. Consult online or in person, delivery or pickup.

  1. 01

    Tell us what's going on

Pick your condition from 19 options, answer a few screening questions, upload a photo if useful, and enter your Ontario health card info. Three minutes on your phone.

    • No account needed to start.
    • We ask only the clinical questions your pharmacist needs.
    • Pause and come back via email link if you need to.
  2. 02

Pharmacist reviews — virtually or in person

An Ontario-licensed pharmacist reviews your intake. Choose a phone or video call — we call back, usually within the hour, always within four — or come to our partner pharmacy for an in-person consult.

    • Calls come from a verified Ontario number.
    • In-person walk-ins welcome after intake.
    • If your case isn't right for us, we refer you — no charge.

    Delivery or pickup, your choice

If a prescription is appropriate, pick how you want it: free standard same-day (order before noon, GTA), Uber Direct rush same-day at cost (noon to 6 PM), free next-day anywhere in Ontario, or free pickup at the pharmacy.

    • Tracking link sent by SMS and email for deliveries.
    • Pickup is usually ready within the hour.
    • Visit summary emailed after the consult.
